1.Data we collect
We collect account data (email, name, company, role), transaction data (RFQs, license requests, order-pool memberships, invoices), and technical data (IP address, browser type) via Cloudflare. Uploaded assets and certificates are stored in Cloudflare R2.
2.How we use it
To operate the marketplace, match buyers with suppliers, process deposits, send transactional notifications, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
3.Legal basis (GDPR)
We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent where required. EU residents may exercise rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
4.Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time from your workspace (Dashboard → Activity & Messages), or by contacting privacyreadyx.io. We respond within 30 days.

6.Data retention
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and for the period required by law. You may delete your account and associated data on request.
