1.Acceptance
By accessing ReadyX you agree to these terms. ReadyX is a marketplace for ready-to-produce product assets; we facilitate connections between buyers and verified suppliers but are not a party to the underlying manufacturing contracts.
2.Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Buyer, supplier, and admin roles have different capabilities within the workspace.
3.Product assets & regional rights
Each asset defines regional sales rights (Open / Reserved / Licensed). Licensing a design does not transfer ownership of the underlying IP unless explicitly stated in the license agreement.
4.Payments
Deposits are processed via our payment provider. All amounts are in USD unless stated. Production balances are governed by the supplier agreement.
5.Intellectual property
All platform content, brand assets, and tooling remain the property of ReadyX or its licensors. User-generated content retains ownership with a license to ReadyX to operate the service.
6.Limitation of liability
ReadyX is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform or from manufacturing outcomes.
7.Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your workspace.
